The W10190965 is not a user-adjustable ice maker. Some ice makers are adjustable, but this one is not. Water volume is controlled by the ice maker’s cycle timing and the refrigerator’s water valve. The triangle bracket and screw may not be needed, as they are supplied if your freezer uses them; if not, then the installation screws at the top where your previous one was should work fine. This unit is designed to replace an existing unit and should plug right in; if not, then you may need a different ice maker.
