30-Day Money Back Guarantee

All Supplying Demand products come with a 30-day money back guarantee. The order can be returned within 30 days in its original condition for a full refund minus any shipping charges.

Manufacturer Warranty

In addition to our Money Back Guarantee, all products come with a 90-Day Manufacturer Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. A compatible Model and Serial Number for the appliance the part was installed on must be provided for warranty processing to be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

• Unopened Products: As we only sell new products, used or damaged products cannot be resold and will not be accepted if returned. Only new products in their original Supplying Demand packaging are eligible for a refund (excluding shipping and insurance costs).
• Electronic Items: Electronic Items that have been installed or used will not be accepted for return.

Process for Returns

• Purchased on Amazon: Please follow the return instructions in your Amazon orders.
• Purchased on SupplyingDemand.com:

  Login to your account and start the return process on your order. If you do not have an account, you can lookup your order using Guest Order Lookup.

  The links inside order confirmation emails will also allow you to start the return process.

Return Shipping Costs

We do not refund shipping or other surcharges you may incur in returning the item(s) to us.
